About us The Maracaibo Gourmet Restaurant & Caribbean Bar is our gastronomic and relaxing area. In the daytime the Caribbean Bar is the perfect choice for a nice breakfast, lunch, snack or cocktail on the chill out terrace with marvelous views overlooking the beach and yacht marina. Every evening our Chef offers a daily menu and a Gourmet specialty with a good selection of Spanish wines. To conclude an excellent evening the lounge bar is the right place for a first class long drink, brandy or old Scotch whisky. Special Events A birthday, a special event, or just to enjoy a nice meal with your friends, everything is possible in the Maracaibo Gourmet Restaurant. We organize parties as if you were in the comfort of your own dinning room but without having to worry about cooking and cleaning up… With a capacity of up to 70 guests, we will be happy to offer our full menu or customize a menu for the occasion at your request. Should you need to accommodate larger groups, do not hesitate to contact us. The possibility exists to join the outside lounge terrace with the restaurant with a capacity of 150 persons. As well for the little ones we can create an entertaining program adjusted to your special wishes. Sports & Games events for young and old can be held in the outside terrace or heated pool, we invite you to compete and enjoy.
