Don José Mendoza, originally from Asturias (Spain), was an ‘entrepreneur’ and a ‘bon vivant’ who always took care of others. He delighted himself by showing his warm Spanish personality and ensured that guests soon became friends. Don José Mendoza’s son, Andrés Mendoza, soon joined his father’s career and today he’s proud to continue the family hospitality, providing constant attention to the detail and comfort to the guests.
